In our everyday lives, we always get up in the morning or throughout the day and go on our phones to search the web for different images that either we like or do not like to judge on what we see. What we fail to realize is that all of us have feelings and by judging someone else’s image, can drive that person to either hate themselves, or even commit suicide. Would you like if someone cast judgment on your photo? In John 7:24, the scripture tells us, “do not judge by appearances but judge with right judgment,” meaning we should not only judge people by the way they look but to also make the right judgment with love and respect.
As God’s people, we should not put our focus on judging other people, but examine ourselves, because at the end of the day we are our own critique. When we say or do things wrong, we would either yell, pound our fists together with frustration, or worse. What needs to change is our approach to people when it comes to criticizing others and not everything you need to judge. So, my dear friends, it is very important that we judge ourselves before we judge others.
Remember, God will bless you more abundantly!
