Mannerism

In our daily lives, we meet people in all walks of life and greet them with a simple “hello” and “goodbye” with a moderate kind gesture. Yet, whenever someone says hello to us, we either answer back or ignore them and sadly, that is how our world is. There are not enough manners and if we continue this trend, how are we suppose to treat each other? In Titus 3:2, the scripture tells us, “to speak evil of no one, to avoid quarreling, to be gentle, and to show perfect courtesy toward all people,” meaning we should be careful of what we say towards people and show courtesy in our speech. Would we like it if someone does not show you any courtesy or mannerism at all? There is a saying that coincides with mannerism, “do onto others as you would like them to do onto you.”

What we need to do is show more courtesy and manners to others and do it because it is the right thing to do. So, my dear friends, it is very important that we show endless compassion and manners towards others because if we do this, we will be blessed by showing our kindness.

Remember, God will bless you more abundantly!
