Michael's Daily Wisdom

For years, we as individuals have accepted awards and recognition from loved ones, colleagues, and others alike to make us feel special for our hard work. However, we do not receive awards with great satisfaction and gratitude whenever we lose to another person who deserves it more than you. In order for us to receive well, we must first allow ourselves to seek God for help and receive his love so we can show gratitude when we accept gifts from others.

In John 6:37, the scripture tells us, “All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never cast out,” meaning God has assured us that he will continue to give us favor and opportunities if we accept gifts with humility and grace. Furthermore, God gave us comfort knowing that when we come to him, we will never be taken away. Likewise, we as God’s people should accept gifts with humility for the hard work we have put forth in this world and be recognized for our good works.

So, my dear friends, it is imperative that we accept God’s favor in our lives and always receive things well with a humble spirit.

Remember, God will bless you more abundantly!
