Be Appreciative of Others

mountains-1985027_1920

In today’s world, we tend to forget that we have family support or friends to help keep us encouraged and motivated every day. Instead, we treat our loved ones with disrespect and show no gratitude or appreciation for their helpful efforts along the way. Also, we do not take the time to thank our loved ones for their daily sacrifices in order for us to become successful. In 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, the scripture tells us to, “Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus,” meaning we should give thanks in hard times and always be joyful in every situation because it will affect our outlook in life and our hearts will change.

By praying every day and giving thanks to God, he will give us hope and peace in our lives. As God’s people, we need more love in our hearts and not express hatred towards others. We cannot forget the sacrifices our families made for us and expect anything in return. The least we can do is show more empathy and concern to our families and other people by telling them, “thank you for your endless love, support, and daily sacrifices to help me become the person God wants me to be.” Just by telling your loved ones or friends that simple statement, it will make you feel more appreciative of them and your perception about life will become more meaningful. So, my dear friends, be more appreciative of others and always remain joyful.

Remember, God will bless you more abundantly!

  1. Indeed, we should be appreciative of others. Appreciating others is a very good sign of humbleness. And this post too was just very beautifully written. Just sticking to the point. And your philosophical ideas, just go absolutely spot on every time.
